Is the Relation a Function?

Functions are special types of relations that assign each input value to exactly one output value. Designed for eighth-grade students, this worksheet asks learners to determine if given relations are functions. As an added challenge, students are also asked to add or remove values from given relations in order to make them a function or not a function.
